KOMM MIT brings together around 25,000 children and young people from all over the world through football every year, and with them around 500 freelancers from and for a wide range of areas, such as referees, pitch managers and coaches. Our #teamKOMMMIT, in which fair play, tolerance, team spirit, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect are written in capital letters, is just as diverse as the group of tournament participants. We with you form the KOMM MIT family – ALLtogether – we are rightly proud of that!

If you are curious and want to “feel the spirit of football” yourself, then apply for one or more of KOMM MIT’s international youth football tournaments and become part of the incomparable #teamKOMMMIT
We are looking forward to you, your motivation and passion as:
You will be in charge of the international matches in the various age groups of juniors and juniors, either in a team or alone. In addition, you will help the rest of #teamKOMMMIT at the opening and closing ceremonies and be present next to the pitch during your breaks.
You are the first contact person for all teams on the sports field. There you will ensure the smooth running of the games, the preparation of match reports and the decoration of the pitch. You are in constant exchange with the tournament management.
Apart from the football pitch, you are available for our guests, be it through hotel consultation hours, availability at the sports grounds or in the tournament office. With you, people book excursions, talk about praise/criticism or register for programme points. During the opening and/or closing ceremonies, which you will help to organise, you can also set the mood.
First and foremost, you have tournament technical activities. You instruct the referees and court managers and distribute them to the venues accordingly. You are their first contact person. You receive and evaluate all the scores, set the final rounds and hand out trophies at the end.
You work mostly “behind the scenes”, where you are the contact person for the local partners, answer the phone, prepare programme items, take care of transfers, prepare the assignment plans of the colleagues* and are simply the “good soul” in #teamKOMMMIT. The tournament office is the contact point for all participants and staff, so you should always be able to keep a cool head.

You can now apply for an international sports event in our KOMM MIT portal. Simply fill out the form, select your availability and submit the form.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us (this is not the volunteer registration!). You will receive your application a few days later and it will only be sent on working days (Monday to Friday).
