Ausgewogenheit, Bewegung, Ern\u00e4hrung, Wohlbefinden ohne jede k\u00f6rperliche, psychische und soziale St\u00f6rung: Gesundheit hat verschiedene Definitionen. Oftmals ist es nur eine Momentaufnahme. Dennoch k\u00f6nnen wir einen Einfluss darauf nehmen und positiv auf unsere Gesundheit einwirken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ein Bewusstsein f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper entwickeln und spielerisch, \u00fcber den Sport, wichtige Aspekte zum K\u00f6rper und unserer Gesundheit erlernen – das versuchen wir den Kindern und Jugendlichen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Seit Jahrzehnten arbeiten wir im Bereich \u201eGesundheit\u201c mit verschiedenen Partnern zusammen und setzen so immer wieder Akzente in der gesundheitlichen Aufkl\u00e4rung bei Kindern und Jugendlichen.<\/p>

Unsere Welt befindet sich, schon immer, in einem steten Wandel. So auch die Bedingungen unter denen wir aufwachsen. Einige wenige Faktoren haben sich \u00fcber all die Jahre, Jahrzehnte und Jahrhunderte jedoch kaum ver\u00e4ndert: Bewegung, Ern\u00e4hrung und Pr\u00e4vention.<\/p>

Einige dieser wenigen Faktoren f\u00fcr eine gesunde Lebensweise m\u00f6chten wir den Kindern und Jugendlich fr\u00fchzeitig vermitteln. Hierf\u00fcr thematisieren wir unter dem Gesichtspunkt der gesundheitlichen Aufkl\u00e4rung die Ern\u00e4hrung vor, w\u00e4hrend, und nach dem Sport, die Bedeutung der physischen Anstrengung (Bewegung) sowie das Pr\u00e4ventionsverhalten zu Themen wie Sonnenschutz, das Nicht-Rauchen und der Alkoholabstinenz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aktuell arbeiten wir mit der Deutschen Kinderkrebshilfe zusammen. Unter dem Motto \u201eDie Zukunft im Blick \u2013 sei clever, leb gesund\u201c kl\u00e4ren wir gemeinsam mit dieser \u00fcber gesundheitsrelevante Themen auf. Essentielle Inhalte in einem positiven Umfeld spielerisch zu erlernen, oder das Interesse an diesen Themen zu wecken, spielen hierbei eine besondere Rolle.<\/p>

Als Highlight verlosen wir einmal im Jahr im Zuge des bundesweiten E-Jugend-Cups zu Gunsten der Deutschen Kinderkrebshilfe einen Gutschein f\u00fcr eine Teilnahme an einer unserer internationalen Sportveranstaltungen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
